Why we chose to only use 3D impressions
Quicker
Our scans are on average 80% quicker than traditional silicast impressions, taking less than 2 minutes per ear and cutting out up to 5 steps compared to silicone impressions​.​

Safer
We use laser mapping and a depth gauge to generate your impression and can see inside your ear at all times. Minimising risk of any interference with your eardrum.
Zero Waste
Multiple impressions can be made of both ears with zero single-use plastics and sent immediately top you manufacturer. No risk of the impression changing shape or silicone degrading in transit.
Less Invasive
With an average ear canal scan time under 30seconds - the only thing in your ear is a small laser probe with no uncomfortable occlusion pressure.
